How to Find Low-Calorie Items at Lidl

1.- Look for Nutri‑Score A or B labels on packaging, these usually indicate good nutritional quality.

2.- Check the nutrition label per 100g/ml for:

   ♡ Low calories (typically under 100 kcal/100g).

♡ Low saturated fat, sugar and salt.

♡ High fiber or protein content.

Why did this take me so long??? Kinda cause i got bored after checking the second item when i realized "holy shit i gotta do this with every item?", i skipped a bunch of products don't hate me but keep in mind there's hundreds and my adhd can't deal with all that. But i gave you a good variety with higher and lower cals, cause i didn’t want to give you just the 2 items i always buy (Gelatelli Fruit Dream popsicles and Alesto dates).
