I binged, what do i do know?

 Binge eating is the feeling/action of not being able to stop eating, overeating every once in a while it's normal, it's healthy; but binging includes an emotional attachetment to the action of eating, control, loss of control, comfort, etc. I've binged before, it's the truth about being an angel, you can't keep control until the end of time, so in this blog i'll tell you some tips to get back on track after binging.

1. Leave it in the past:

 Even if you just put the fork down, once you regain control don't look back, it's done, you binged 5000 calories or 50, it doesn't matter, you're done. And that's what matters, keep on going with your diet; your end goal doesn't change just because you took the wrong turn.


2. De-stress:

 Meditate, work out, walk, run, jump on your bed, it doesn't matter, do something else, get your head off food, life keeps on going, and so should you.


3. Let the world know:

 Rant a bit, take off that steam, and let somebody else hold you accountable or comfort you. Even if it just an "i binged" in your tumblr page, let the world know you're not perfect and it's not something to be embarrased about, no matter the amount of cals you had.


4. Avoid temptation:

 Stay away from the food that trigger your binge, in my case it's fries and tomato sause (awful convo for my job), so the second i'm slightly emotional the cravings yell at me. So to prevent the food from calling your name, stay away from it.


5. Are you hungry?:

 Listen to your body, do you need to nourish yourself and you brain took over with the first thing it saw? Maybe, so make the effort to nourish yourself, just because you just binged it doesn't mean you deserve to starve for 3 days


6. Make and effort:

 Going right back out of the last one, make a nourishing and healthy food, my poison this time is rice and veggies, quick and healthy. Just the process of making it pushes you right back in track, yeah you just eat 15 chocolate cookies, and now you're making salad for dinner, be proud.
