I binged, what do i do know?

 Binge eating is the feeling/action of not being able to stop eating , overeating every once in a while it's normal, it's healthy; but binging includes an emotional attachetment to the action of eating, control, loss of control, comfort, etc . I've binged before, it's the truth about being an angel, you can't keep control until the end of time , so in this blog i'll tell you some tips to get back on track after binging . 1. Leave it in the past:  Even if you just put the fork down, once you regain control don't look back , it's done, you binged 5000 calories or 50, it doesn't matter, you're done. And that's what matters, keep on going with your diet; your end goal doesn't change just because you took the wrong turn. 2. De-stress:  Meditate, work out, walk, run, jump on your bed, it doesn't matter, do something else, get your head off food, life keeps on going, and so should you . 3. Let the world know:  Rant a bit, take off that steam...

Movie dates 101

 Whether you're going with your partner, friend or family , movie dates can be a huge temptation to break a liquid fast or to binge . I go to the movies with my bestfriend at least once a month , so i know how to survive them without going over board, this are my 101 surviving tricks for movie dates: 1. "Sodas make my tummy hurt":  You can mention you're unwell in the car, just a casual "That curve made me sick" or just wait until the line to throw the bomb "I don't feel like having soda, my stomach is kinda upset today ", most cinemas offer ice teas (full of sugars but usually better it's a better option), diet sodas and water, pick your poison . Just stay away from regular soda.  If it's the first time following Ana's advice and you're scared of your victim getting suspicious you can alway throw the "I tried diet coke last week, and i liked it more, tastes less sugary " , yk? There's no excuses , i'll find ...

Meals to survive Ana

 I'm not gonna lie to you, food is necessary , if you cut down all calories you will starve yourself to death . That's why over the last week I've been collecting my favorite recipes to make when I feel like every bite adds a pound . My qualifications? None, just chronically online for 14 years and I'm a chef's assistant (ironic) , so maybe I don't know the real dieting stuff, but I do know how to make anorexia taste good. LIQUIDS:      ♡ Detox water : 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar, a slice of lemon (or a good squeeze), water and cinnamon (optional). Might taste like hell at first , but it goes down smoother than you'd expect, when warmed it stops craving and when iced I debloat like crazy, choose your poison.      ♡ Iron smoothie : two handfulls of spinach, two slices of pineapple, half a cucumber, ice and lemon juice. Blend until smoother than your rocky childhood and enjoy. If you want a lighter consistence add a but of water little by little. ...

How to prevent Ana hairloss

 Loosing your hair during a restricted low calorie diet it's a common side effect, today I'm going to give you some tips and tricks I have learned over my 13 years battling Ana , i am no expert but i can tell you what i know, and you can always do your own research . Our body is a complex system, and sudden changes in diet trigger a series of reactions, like hair loss. The first reason for Ana princesses, is insufficient nutrient intake . When you start an Ana diet, minerals and vitamins are drastically reduced , causing a condition called telogen effluvium (I may have missed spelled); where hair prematurely enters a " resting " phase, bassically, the sudden restriction makes your hair think it's time to shed... excessive amounts , and without enough nutrients your body isn't able to regrow .
