I binged, what do i do know?
Binge eating is the feeling/action of not being able to stop eating , overeating every once in a while it's normal, it's healthy; but binging includes an emotional attachetment to the action of eating, control, loss of control, comfort, etc . I've binged before, it's the truth about being an angel, you can't keep control until the end of time , so in this blog i'll tell you some tips to get back on track after binging . 1. Leave it in the past: Even if you just put the fork down, once you regain control don't look back , it's done, you binged 5000 calories or 50, it doesn't matter, you're done. And that's what matters, keep on going with your diet; your end goal doesn't change just because you took the wrong turn. 2. De-stress: Meditate, work out, walk, run, jump on your bed, it doesn't matter, do something else, get your head off food, life keeps on going, and so should you . 3. Let the world know: Rant a bit, take off that steam...
